One of the activities that I do weekly, is a Baking/Cooking Club with the teenager girls. We actually have started a bit of a business venture, mostly with cakes (and those of you who know me, know that I LOVE to bake cakes). We've made profit on our cakes and everyone loves them, so that has been pretty exciting for the girls. The girls get to learn a lot of skills, from marketing to budgeting, to baking, to presentation. We also test and learn new recipes. They also learn new cooking recipes as well. Yesterday the girls learned how to make their own pizzas, from making yeast dough, to sauce, to toppings.

And so many positive things are happening here, which makes it so hard to stay the course here with a painful guy situation. But God's timing is crazy as always. He most definitely wants me here and all I want to do is get away, but I can't (at least not for long). So its hard and I need to depend on God to be faithful to me.
